Monster and HotJobs, they're okay.  But, they're not exactly free for employers to use.  Actually, quite costly.  This group is designed as a referral process, friends and neighbors helping out one another.

1.) Do you know someone who is looking for a job?  Drop a short note about the person and his/her skills and abilities.  Do not mention the person's name, as we want to respect confidentiality.  List yourself as the contact person.  Perhaps you will receive a referral bonus!
2.) Are you, or is your company, have a difficult time seeking the "right" candidate for a job?  Post a brief description in your own words, and then make certain to provide information as to how you can be contacted (even if by only a private message).
